Mad Science Marvels of Motion

February 19, 2013 — 1:00 PM

This interactive event is all about the fundamentals of moving science with Newton’s Laws of Motion. Discover the science of gravity and balance, kinetic beads, and watch us remove a tablecloth without clearing the table! All of these experiments are done with household objects. Stop by Center Court to watch this interesting & fun show.

Mad Science Fire & Ice

February 21, 2013 — 1:00 PM-1:45 PM

Children will be dazzled and entertained as they interact with our Mad Scientists! Foggy dry ice storms, giant beach balls floating in the air and even a special Mad Science “burp” potion will amaze children as they learn about the scientific method, air pressure and the states of matter. Join us at Center Court and be wowed.

Are You a Singer? PawSox Idol is coming to Swansea Mall

February 23, 2013 — 10:00 AM-2:00 PM

 

Do you think you have what it takes to be the next PawSox Idol?
The Pawtucket Red Sox will hold open tryouts at Swansea Mall on Saturday, February 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
