Providence Summer Restaurant Week will take place from July 6 through July 19th. Lunch prix fixe menus are $14.95 and dinner prix fixe menus are either $29.95 or $34.95, depending on the restaurant. My husband and I use this opportunity to try fancy restaurants we wouldn't otherwise be able to comfortably afford. We're taking my dad out for his 72th birthday at Capital Grille -- we can't wait for their delicious steak!
We highly recommend reservations. We like to use OpenTable whenever possible. It's free to sign up and you get "points" every time you make and fill a reservation. Once you've acquired 2000 points, you get a $20 check to use towards future restaurant trips!
