99 Restaurant is one of my favorite casual restaurants. They are currently offering a promotion where you can get a coupon for $5 off your next purchase (of $25 or more) for every $25.00 gift card you purchase. This offer expires June 20th, 2010.
If you were planning on taking Mom out to lunch/dinner, you could always pre-purchase gift cards for the occasion, then pay with the gift cards and use your $5 off coupon.
