Being Frugal Doesn't Mean Being Cheap: Tipping

So I have my own opinion about tipping when eating out, along with tipping when being provided with services like hair cuts, pet grooming and the like. However, it is a long and complicated story that I will save for a rainy day.

For now, I want to impress upon my readers the notion that being frugal is different than being cheap or stingy.

The people whose receipts you about to see are just that. Cheap and stingy. And some are down-right RUDE!
