Car Seat Trade In at Target - Get 20% Off Coupon

During this trade-in event Target will accept and recycle all types of car seats, including infant seats, convertible seats, car seat bases, harness or booster car seats and car seats that are expired or damaged. Materials from the old car seats will be recycled by Target’s partner, Waste Management.

When: Sunday, September 13, 2020 through Saturday, September 26, 2020

Where: Car seats can only be traded in at a Target store.

Target will have drop-off boxes to accept guests’ car seats for recycling located near Guest Services.

All stores, including select small-format stores, are participating in the program.

Guests who trade in their old car seats will receive a 20% off coupon toward a new car seat, car seat base, travel system, stroller or select baby home gear. Select baby home gear includes playards, high chairs, swings, rockers and bouncers.

• Coupons can be applied to both in-store and online purchases and are eligible through October 3, 2020.
• Guests must be enrolled in Target Circle to participate in the trade-in and receive a coupon.
• Scan sheets will be placed on the drop-off boxes for guests to scan from their mobile device into their Circle.
• Guests will only be able to scan one coupon per Circle account and the coupon can be combined with other item offers.

Rite Aid Freebie - OOP vs. Net/Final Price Example

When searching for deals online, you may often see couponing lingo that is difficult to interpret. OOP is a commonly used phrase that stands for "out of pocket." It literally means the money you will be spending out of pocket, although you may end up saving more later through points, rewards, rebates or gift cards. What you actually spend overall after rewards, etc. is called your net or final price.

This week at Rite Aid, Neutrogena soap bars are BOGO 50% off.
In my area, bars are around $3.29 retail.

Buy 1 Neutrogena bar at $3.29
Buy 1 Neutrogena bar $1.64 (BOGO 50%)
= $4.39 OOP

You will get back $5 worth of points wyb 2. You can do this offer twice per Rite Aid card.
=$.07 MM 


So here, the deal is technically a money maker in the long run, but you will be spending $4.93 plus tax out of pocket.

Starkist tuna is on sale as part of Shaw's 3-Day Sale. Get each can or pouch for 88 cents each. Knock that price down with coupons!

I had a coupon for $1/3 from the Smart Source insert published 7/26. This dropped my price down to 54 cents per pouch!

But you can print the coupon for $1/4 and still get a great deal. Always check the database to see if there's a better, higher-value coupon than one you might already have.

Word on the Street: K-Mart Double Coupon Event Back?

This is just a "heard it through the grapevine" notion at the moment, but word on the street is Kmart will be having a Double Coupon event coming up starting 8/30.

So be on the lookout for more information. I'll post it as I get it.

Typically during these events, your first 5 coupons valued up to $2 (that do not say "do not double") will double... This means a $2 coupon would be worth $4!! This is the ONLY store I know of to do this.

You can only double 5 coupons - so give your highest valued coupons first.

And your overall purchase must be $25 before using your coupons. So considering buying stuff you need anyway if your couponed order doesn't reach this minimum.
